i've watched dozens of candidates who could solve hard problems on a whiteboard completely freeze when asked to explain their thinking out loud or walk through past projects.

i'm vamshi, and i've been on both sides of the table — interviewing and being interviewed. one thing that always stood out: people spend 50+ hours grinding leetcode, optimizing their resume, but almost zero structured time practicing the *conversation* part of the interview.
